Fourteen years ago Juan Carlos and Inma opened La Chimenea. That was a long time ago, and even though it was a very slow start, they dug deep to gain the support of clients from around the area.

The secret was to maintain intact the fundamental structure of the business: the fine attention to clientele, the carefully selected decor, the cleanliness, and the excellent quality of their products. They were pioneers with the “roscas”, their selection of superb cold meats, and their variety of montaditos and canapés are a real pleasure on the palate.
Without doubt, the ambience and smoke free premises invite you to stay and enjoy their fine wines and delicious food, together with pleasant conversation. To finish they will present to you an already famous “chupitos de la casa” (homemade chocolate baskets filled with shots of liquor).
