The Landings

The Landings Restaurant, Queensway Quay Gibraltar.

After months of hard work refurbishing and equipping the former Boatyard Restaurant, residents waited with eager anticipation for the Landing’s to finally open its doors on the 1st July.  It was an opportunity to showcase the evening A la Carte menu consisting, predominantly of fish dishes with a twist on Meat and Vegetarian Fusion cuisine.

The Landing’s is a tribute to the hard work put in by Ann and Gary and a boost to what Queensway Quay has to offer, now standing out as one of the finest restaurants in Gibraltar.

With a passion for food, good service and ambience, Ann wanted to bring something different to Gibraltar.  Having dined in many fine restaurants in the past she wanted to bring all that was good and great into one.

Luck, fait or simply being in the right place at the right time! What ever you call it they now have as part of the team, Chef Patrick Rodgers, whose past experience includes the prestigious Savoy Hotel in London as Sous & Head Chef then as executive Chef at Secrets Resort & Spa in Jamaica.

His flair and experience have been truly inspirational for those who now work with him in the kitchen and for those customers that have had the opportunity of enjoying the new dining experience at The Landing’s Restaurant.

Ann brings a wealth of management experience and entrepreneurial flair from her roles as Customer Care Manager and Marketing Manager for the largest health club chain in the UK. She even found time to run her own catering company.

Ann, says, “I believe that Gary and I  have created a dinning experience that is second to none, in a beautiful and prestigious location where customers can relax enjoy great food and take in the superb waterside surroundings.

We are delighted that chef Patrick Rodgers has been able to create a menu that, as well as being affordable, can certainly be classed as fine dining using fresh sustainable produce.”

The Landings has introduced its own choice of two course Sunday Lunch Special served from 11.30am and daily Early Bird Specials from 5.30pm – 7.00pm at £12.95 along with their Every Day Lunch Menu.
