At Asador La Candela, the tradition of fish from the fishing village of Palmones has been revived, formally known as EL Espigon.

After several years and seeing a niche in the area for a good grill, La Candela was born, without forgetting our origins and offering the best fish selections, we have a live aquarium for seafood, and a log oven from where we produce the best national and international meats, like; the lamb and suckling pig from Riaza (Segovia), the best cuts of Argentina, central Europe and our star meat cuts the Ribeye or Fillet (lomo alto) of Angus from Nebraska, USA.
