
Coastal Route
From Sanlucar de Barrameda, on the mouth of the river Guadalquivir and stretching along 260Km. of coast line, we find some of the most golden and fine sanded beaches in Spain. This route blends the startling beauty of sea, landscape and ancient monuments such as the Roman Ruins of Baelo Claudia near Tarifa at Punta Europa the southernmost tip of the European continent where the Atlantic meets the Mediterranean. From there without losing sight of the sea, the route continues till the mouth of Guadiaro river. Along the way includes Chipiona, Rota, EL Puerto de Santa Maria, San Fernando, Cádiz, the capital with 3000yrs of history, Chiclana, Conil, Vejer de la Frontera (with incomparable views) Barbate, Zahara de los Atunes (fishing village) Tarifa, Algeciras, La Linea, until we reach San Roque where we can find the tourist resort Sotogrande.
Route of the White Villages
The most picturesque and lasting impression of the province of Cadiz are its so-called “White Villages”, where the typical architecture of glistening, chalk coated houses blends with that of castles and churches dating back to the middle ages. The tour begins at Arcos de la Frontera, designated as a national historic and artistic monument in its entirety, then goes on to Algar, Bornos, Espera, Villamartin, Prado del Rey, Puerto Serrano, Algodonales, Olvera, Torr-Alháquime, Alcala del Valle, Setenil, El Gastor, Zahara de la Sierra, Grazalema, Benaocaz, Ubrique, Villaluenga and El Bosque.
Route of the Wines
A tour of the towns where the universally famous sherry wines are produced. It includes an array of unique touristic attractions featuring visits to the vineyards and magnificent centuries old wine cellars, as well as a series of fascinating historic and artistic monuments. The tour begins from Chiclana and continues on to El Puetro de Santa Maria, Rota, Chipiona, Sanlúcar de Barrameda, and Trebujena; finishing at Jerez, where one can also visit the famed Andalusian School of Equestrian art.
Route of the Fighting Bulls
This route, together with its typical and artistic monumental attractions, affords the opportunity of contemplating the Spanish fighting bulls in their natural environment. On the numerous breeding farms along the way, the sight of these noble beasts grazing peacefully in the pastures is truly majestic. Departing from Jerez de la Frontera, the route includes the towns and villages of San José del Valle, Paterna de Rivera, Medina Sidonia, Alcalá de los Gazules, Benalup-Casas Viejas, Los Barrios, Castellar, Jimena, San Roque, Algeciras and Tarifa.
